It mainly consists of two half couplings (sprocket hubs) with sprocket tooth grooves, a common double-row roller chain, and an outer cover (chain cover) for protecting the chain and grease. Torque is transmitted through the meshing of the chain with the sprocket tooth grooves on both sides. Its core advantage lies in its ability to effectively compensate for large radial displacements, angular displacements and certain axial displacements between two shafts. It has relatively low requirements for installation and alignment, and is convenient for installation and maintenance.
